Easy Instant Pot Chili Recipe that Ryland and Rori LOVE!
All you need are 9 Ingredients for this easy instant pot chili recipe
- Ground turkey (or ground beef works fine too!)
- Turkey beef sausage
- 2 chillI packets (you will only be using 1 pack and a half)
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 can sliced olives
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1/2 cup of water
- (not required, but I add red pepper flakes to my bowl separately because I love spicy foods, but the kids do not)
STEP 1: Cut your turkey sausage
STEP 2: Set your Instant Pot on saute’ mode, toss your ground turkey and chopped sausage into the instant pot and sautee until cooked.
STEP 3: Rinse and drain the garbanzo beans, kidney beans, and olives
STEP 4: add ALL of the ingredients to the instant pot – Including the water!

STEP 5: Set your instant pot to Manual mode for 15 minutes
When the 15 minutes are up, release the valve and wait for the Instant Pot to “unlock”. I serve my chili over rice, but you can also eat it over a bread bowl or with chips (like chip + dip). Basically, you can eat this easy and delicious Instant Pot chili any way you like – it’s that good!
Garnish with Parsley + Add pepper flakes if you like your chili spicy! Bon appetit!
