Mom bullying and how to deal with it
Hey Mamas! Let’s get real and talk about mom bullying and 5 tips on what you can do about it! Mom bullying is something that no one should have to deal with, but after watching Whitney Ports’ heartbreaking video, it makes you realize how real and hard it really is on moms.
What exactly is mom bullying? Whitney Port is completely right when she describes it as passive-aggressive bullying. The type that you know they are judging you and walking away from you, but they won’t say it right to your face. When you try and be nice to another mom thinking that you already have so much in common, but they don’t want anything to do with you. They give you a look and back away from you, making you feel like there’s something wrong with you. As a mom with 2 kids, I usually chat up with moms I see anywhere. When I try and talk to those moms who are bullying, it hurts. It doesn’t make you feel good at the end of the day. After all, being a mom is the most rewarding but hardest job and we all need to support each other. We all have different ways of parenting because all of our kids are different, but as moms, we need to help each other.
